Elevator Manufacturing in Diyarbakır

We manufacture the cabin, suspension, car frame and machine frame group at our own plant in Diyarbakır and run the project from production to commissioning ourselves.

PRODUCTION

Made in our own plant

Decosan Asansör A.Ş. manufactures elevators at its own plant in Bağlar, Diyarbakır. We manufacture the cabin, suspension, car frame and machine frame group; machines, guide rails and doors are sourced from our solution partners.

The split is deliberate. Keeping the load-bearing and safety-critical steel groups on our own line keeps dimensional tolerance and delivery dates under our control, while machines, rails and doors come from certified manufacturers who build them in series.

  • Made by us: elevator cabin, suspension, steel shaft structure, machine frame
  • From our solution partners: machine (drive), guide rails, car and landing doors

The Vavgen pitless elevator family and the Sismik Zone earthquake elevator, both developed in house, are produced in the same plant.

PRODUCTION STEPS

Elevator manufacturing step by step

Four stages from laser cutting to commissioning, all in the hands of the same team.

01

Laser cutting and bending precision

Cabin and frame parts are fiber-laser cut and CNC press-brake bent; dimensional tolerance is under a millimetre.

02

Made in our own plant

Cabin, suspension, frame and chassis groups are produced at our Diyarbakır plant; every part is checked before assembly.

03

Testing and commissioning

Every elevator undergoes load, speed and safety tests after installation and is certified under TSE K 518.

04

Engineering on site

Project-specific solutions from shaft dimensions to traffic analysis; service and spare-part support after installation.

FROM PLANT TO SITE

From production to installation, one contact

A project starts with the shaft dimensions. After traffic analysis and measurement, the cabin, frame and chassis are manufactured in the plant and every part is checked before assembly. Our own crew then completes the installation, runs the load, speed and safety tests and commissions the elevator.

The same team continues with service and spare-part support after installation, so you deal with a single point of contact from start to finish.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about elevator manufacturing

Which company manufactures elevators in Diyarbakır?

Decosan Asansör A.Ş. manufactures elevators at its own plant in Bağlar, Diyarbakır. The cabin, suspension, car frame and machine frame group are produced there, and both the Vavgen pitless elevator family and the Sismik Zone earthquake elevator were developed on the same site.

What stages does elevator manufacturing go through?

It starts with the shaft dimensions and a traffic analysis. Sheet parts are fiber-laser cut and CNC press-brake bent; the cabin, suspension, car frame and machine frame group are assembled in the plant and every part is checked before assembly. Installation on site, load, speed and safety tests and commissioning close the process.

Which elevator parts do you manufacture yourselves?

We manufacture the cabin, suspension, car frame and machine frame group at our own plant. The machine (drive), guide rails and door groups are sourced from our solution partners.

How long do manufacturing and installation take?

It depends on the size of the project: the number of floors, the condition of the shaft, the cabin specification and the number of doors set the schedule. We give a firm lead time in writing at the quotation stage, once the shaft dimensions and requirement list reach us.

Which certificates do you hold?

TSE K 518 and TSE K 518/T2 certificates, CE conformity documents and TS EN 81-77 documents for earthquake elevators. All of them are published on the Certificates page.
